北宁省（越南语：Tỉnh Bắc Ninh/省北宁）是越南的一个省，位于越南首都河内（Hanoi）东面约30多公里。北宁省总人口超过一百多万人，北宁市就占了人口的百分之五十以上，约五十五万人口，另外还有约5万多的海外华人在北宁市谋生。北宁市作为全省的文化，行政和商业的中心，自然吸引了海外投资者的青睐，多年来引进了佳能、日本ORIX金融集团、中国台湾富士康集团、越南—新加坡工业区等企业，全省外资企业工业总产值每年以30%的速度增长。
2019年，在郑传道的带领下，吴秀慧执事、朱老师及何老师等人，从河内驱车1小时抵达北宁市的一间小型机械工场与来自韩国的总经理柳弟兄见面，在圣灵的引导下，开诚布公分享北宁的福音需要，一拍即合就延续柳弟兄原来在工厂开始的小组查经班。接下来，每逢星期六，郑传道就会带领义工们前往北宁发展小组事工。同时，积极推动北宁的华人福音事工。北宁市又是一个待收割的福音禾场，愿主悦纳我们的服侍。
Bắc Ninh Chinese Gospel ministry
Bac Ninh, a province in Vietnam, is located 30 kilometers east of Hanoi, Vietnam's capital city. There are more than 1 million people living in the province. Bac Ninh City, a city with a population of 550,000 people accounts for more than half of the population in the province. In addition, there are more than 50,000 overseas Chinese staying in the city. As the cultural, administrative and commercial hub of the province, Bac Ninh City has unsurprisingly attracted many overseas investors, including Canon, Japan’s ORIX Financial Group, Taiwan’s Foxconn Group and Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Zone. Total industrial output of the Province grows at 30% every year.
In 2019, the pastoral team comprising Pastor Theng (team leader), Deaconess Wu Xiuhui, Mr. Ho and Ms. Choo, drove an hour from Hanoi to Bac Nin City to meet Brother Liu from South Korea, General Manager of a small mechanical workshop in Bac Nin City. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Brother Liu highlighted candidly to the team of the Gospel needs of the city. The team immediately agreed to take over the Bible study class that Brother Liu had started in the workshop. From then on, Paster Theng and the pastoral team would come to Bac Ninh City every Saturday to conduct Bible study classes and preach the Gospel to the Chinese community. Bac Ninh City is expected to be another outreach avenue for the Gospel and we continue to pray for the Lord’s leading and blessing in this Ministry.
